Private Pay Rates

Youth/Adolescent:

$110 per 55-60 minute video session

Individual:                              

$120 per 55-60 minute video session

Couples or Families (2 or more in session):

$125-$140 per 55-60 minute video session

I use a third-party insurance billing company, Headway, which will verify benefits, process claims, and handle issues with the insurance company. I recommend that you call your health insurance company and ask about your psychotherapy benefits and if you can work with an out-of-network provider. Find out specifically your coverage per session (it may be a percentage) and how many sessions you have available to you.  You may also want to check your deductible and see if approval is required first from your primary care physician. Please call me if you have any questions.

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. For convenience, you may keep your credit card on file in my HIPAA secure portal.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $75 for the missed session.
